    Operations Manager – Brand Standards:

    Our cleaning teams are Certified Business Owner/Operators (franchisees) that have a vested interest in providing great service to their customers – your role is to provide them with coaching, feedback, and support to ensure they become more successful business owners. The success of this position will be achieved through your customer service focus, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with others and ability to inspire others, and to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction levels.

    Your ability to impart technical skills (current janitorial methods and practices) is another critical aspect of this role. This road-warrior will be spending most of their time meeting with customers and Franchisees at various locations within the designated territory ensuring the JAN-PRO services are driving growth and success. You will utilize your strong organizational, management, and communication skills to ensure that our company standards are met at client sites. You will also have an eye for small details and the ability to identify opportunities for additional services.

    Inside Sales Representative:

    The first point of contact for prospective customers. Inside Sales Representatives aid the Account Executive by booking proposal appointment through calling and email programs. Focus on maintaining and keeping CRM records updating and assisting in lead generation.

    Account Executive – Outside Sales Representative:

    Focus on lead generation and acquiring new commercial janitorial customers. Maintain and keep CRM updated. Provide prospects with effective and tailor-made cleaning and disinfection programs built for their facility and budgets.

    Customer Service Representative:

    As a customer service representative, you are a main point of contact for customers and our franchise owners. Follow set procedures, resolve conflicts and problems within tight deadlines while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues, and the ability to use reason and common sense. Accurately entering updates into the CRM system; ensure information is updated and enter notes for every transaction for each account/franchisee interaction (phone calls, emails, and text).
