Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems of Eastern Ontario established in Ottawa in November 2003. Jan-Pro Ottawa is now servicing more than 200 customers across the City of Ottawa. 50 Franchisees are now operating Jan-Pro franchises in Ottawa.
Marc is known as a result-oriented manager with strong operational skills. He’s also a pragmatic leader who excels at improving both productivity and profitability in highly competitive environments. With over 25 years of operational business experience, Marc has acquired the skills to create win-win situations for both his customers and franchisees. As he points out “we want to be the best company for our customers here in Ottawa”. Marc and his team emphasize operational details, keeping in close contact with their franchisees to provide advice and source equipment for particular cleaning assignments. Any requests from customers for extra cleaning jobs over and above their regular requirements are dealt with personally by Marc and Daniel Cyr (the Ottawa Operations Manager).
